National Workaholics Day is on July 5th and it’s meant to remind us to find a good balance between our home and work life. Usually, a workaholic will put work before almost everything else. We wanted to remind you, on National Workaholics Day, to make sure to care for yourself. One way that you can do that is to incorporate Chair Yoga into your day! Chair Yoga is easily accessible from your office chair which means you can continue to work and still get in some fitness!
